We have all heard the verses: "Ask and ye shall receive" and "Seek and ye shall find". The translation from Greek may be better understood if we look at the Greek meaning as it is written. The full meaning of the Greek written scripture is: "Continually ask and ye shall receive" and "Continually seek and ye shall find", respectively.
